Silver Whistles Flute Choir News

The Silver Whistles Flute Choir is celebrating its 8^th year of performing in San Diego and is conducted by Dr. September Payne, with special toodlidge given to the youngest students by Ms. Bergova.

While it is primarily comprised of students of all ages, interested adult flutists from our Adult Chamber Music Program may join.

Repertoire is chosen for progressive learning in all historical styles of music from Baroque to Modern to light Pop/Jazz to offer a versatility of performance style skills needed by flutist today. The flute is such a popular, competitive instrument but also extremely fun!

Rehearsals start 9.2.08 and are every 1^st & 4^th Tuesday of the month at 7:45pm. The cost is $150 which includes 2 recitals, as well as preparation for our 2009 Summer Prague trip!
